I’m happy to recommend Crown to my friend for any possible loft conversion projects.

Tom showed great patience in providing the quote and follow-up discussions. Lina provided great help, always promptly and precisely, whenever needed during the whole process. And Chris, the lead builder on site, demonstrated great workmanship all the time. His care in what he does and sense of duty in completing all things needed helped see my loft conversion through even when unexpected events and uncerntainties were working against him.

All in all the project complete in the original quoted time frame, and very precisely as per the quotation. I’m happy with my choice. There could be very minor issues to follow up but I’m confident Crown would get things resolved.

From when we first met Tom, through to all the office team and contractors, we really appreciated how professional, friendly, honest and trustworthy they were. We love our new space they created and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

There were some issues along the way (as expected with any building work) and the team always went out of their way to ensure they were corrected with speed, professionalism and quality.

I can't recommend Crown Developments enough. We have a fantastic new loft bedroom with library and bathroom and the finish is fantastic. Our builders Leigh and Tom were an absolute pleasure to have on site - trustworthy and reliable. They were also really responsive when we needed to communicate out of hours and I knew when they were going to be here and what they were planning to do each day.

A local friend of mine decided to go for a more established (and more expensive) loft company and she deeply regrets not choosing Crown. The finish of her loft, especially materials used for the staircase, are really bad in comparison to what we achieved with Crown. Her loft conversion also came in at £10K over budget where ours was spot on with the original quote from Crown.

When issues did arrive the team were able to deal with them swiftly and professionally. I had a number of more bespoke requests like built-in storage in the bathroom and a library area - these were all easily accommodated despite being slightly unusual.

I have had many compliments about how lovely the loft conversion looks from the outside, "like it has always been there". Re-using our existing roof tiles helped create a really seamless exterior for the dormer.

We are so please that we chose crown to carry out our loft conversion. When we first met Tom and team they put our minds at ease and clearly outlined the plan and timelines.
Chris and team worked extremely hard throughout the project and their craftsmanship was second to none. They took the brief on and we were able to achieve 3 great size bedrooms as well as maximising the light above and below the stairs. Special mention to Chris, Dan and Dave who worked tirelessly throughout and maximised the space throughout to allow storage and a sense of space on both floors.
The team were extremely professional and courteous and always listed to our thoughts and ideas and took them in to achieve the best possible outcome for us. We were on budget and on time with the project and we can’t thank the team enough. Many thanks

We used Crown to develop out mid terrace loft into two bedrooms and a bathroom - already feels like it was like that all along.

The real triumph for us in this project was Chris Spencer who led the full project and was a pleasure to deal with.

Along the way we had some hiccups, it’s to be expected, and Chris was always on hand to resolve or guide accordingly.
