Soprat provided a great service fron start to finish when we engaged with him to draw up plans and submit a planning applacation for our new carport. He came out to measure up the space and take photos for the planning application within 48 hours and drew up our plans within 24 hours after that. Soprat when through the process of submitting our plans to the local council (Lewes District Council) on our behalf and the whole process ran very smoothly with our application being approved within the expected timeframe. PS Designs came up during a google search of local architects - we were mid way through an extension build but had run into some issues that needed to be resolved before we could proceed. Our previously engaged architect was frankly a shambles - rude, obstructive, and with no sense of customer service - so we were wary second time around. Soprat at PS Designs however was nothing of the sort - polite, responsive and attentive to start, listened to what we needed and produced exactly what was required to a very high standard in quick time. Pricing was fair but considering the service we received, extremely competitive in hindsight. Soprat is also able to offer a range of other services to support which we've not taken advantage of as yet but would certainly do so with him if the need arises.
