Completely unreliable company ! Had a quotation from Drivepoint ( Olly ), wanted to go ahead and had two scheduled appointments cancelled on us in August and beginning of September. Then spoke with David who said he will try to come end of September but said they were extremely busy but would get back to us to confirm & never did. Also spoke with Ben in the office to chase it up, he said he would get back to us, again, nobody did. By this point we had waited for them for 2 months and was in a desperate situation to get the works done. Called David again and he pretended that he didn’t know who we where & said he works day & night and to find someone else & put the phone down on me. All I can say is that although Drivepoint have competitive pricing to other local businesses, they are completely unreliable, never get back to you and can put you or your business in a very tricky situation because of their inability to be transparent and honest with customers. Bottom line is, good prices I believe but total lack of customer service or reliability to a job.

One of their drivers ran into my horse box in September 2023 and just drove off, tried talking to the company they don't return emails or calls left out of pocket over this. Now not responding to anything.

“No complaints regarding overall quality of workmanship, however, we were very disappointed in Drivepoint’s ‘after sales service’. Despite e-mailing, phoning and writing to Drivepoint over a period of 18 months with a query on an aspect of their work, they failed to respond to us.

I am so highly impressed with the sheer professionalism of this company especially during the current crisis.
They were so polite,patient and helpful. They talked me through the whole application process for a dropped kerb; obtained the necessary permit on the Friday and were at the house at 7.45 the following Monday to do the job.
Their staff were friendly, knew what they were doing and cleared up after themselves.
Cannot recommend them highly enough!
