Bertie and the team did a great job building the 1st floor rear extension and bathroom. Reliable, friendly, tidy and able to resolve the many challenges that occurred due to it being an older house. BR Baxter undertook the year-long comprehensive refurbishment of our chalet bungalow. A very personal project with the objectives of creating the functionality of a modern, long-term home whilst respecting the architectural integrity of the original structure. One that demanded both technical diligence and close attention to finishing details. I'm sure we weren't the easiest client and why communication and trust were essential to the successful outcome. Rather than a fixed-price contract, we opted for a managed contract and glad that we did so.
