We just had to write a review as Jon, in Ditchling, was absolutely outstanding in his customer service!
We wanted to order a new design of a metal shed, from the Hex Living company, which we had seen online. We noticed on regular visits to Notcutts in Ditchling that there were other Hex Living displays there. We enquired about the model we would like and although they didn't have the model there , Jon was so helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring that we decided to order through him than online. He couldn't have been more helpful!
Our two sons easily constructed it and created a wonderful interior slab and brick base. We just need to paint the wooden base to match. Very pleased customers! Thank you Jon for going above and beyond!

5 x Stars for Greenhouse People Ditchling - Jon was very helpful. Shed really nice once erected and good quality - very pleased.
4 stars for the Courier Co. Delivery went smoothly except being only given a time slot of 9-5 after I had made the appointment was not helpful. In the end it came at midday so was perfect in the end.

The people at greenhouse are amazing. Customer service is great ?.
I was fortunate to have David potts the site manager to assist me in choosing my garden shed.
The whole process from start to finish was hassle free and delivered free of charge.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Considering the awful weather, Tony Birkbeck made a wonderful job of erecting our new greenhouse from the Greenhouse People. He put in a very sturdy foundation and laid a central path as we are keeping soil on either side hopefully to grow tomatoes next year.
We are extremely pleased with the Hercules Trafalgar Ultimate package in Pastel Sage and found the service we received from John and David in Ditchling very friendly and helpful.We would recommend them to everyone.

Wanted to share my experience of my recent purchase from the Green House people in Ditchling. We had been looking for ages and we wandered into the showroom and was blown away by the help that Jon gave us, such great service from start to finish. Jon was not only knowledgeable but fantastic to speak to and was really the reason we decided to buy there and then, he filled us with confidence that we were buying from a company that would look after us if anything was wrong.
We decided on the Alton Evo 8 cedar greenhouse which was delivered exactly when he said it would be and we are so happy with it in our garden.
I dont normally give feedback to companies but overall it was such a great experience i really wanted to praise them - well done Jon and everyone else helping me choose the right product.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Jon and David. They worked with me to get my greenhouse up and running ready for the growing season. They also supported the groundwork’s required and installation despite purchasing an ex display model! I moved house, the very next day work started on the groundwork. What a result! Thank you both.
