We have used Ellis Structures gosh for almost 7+ years now for all our clients and all their home renovation projects. Paul has been a real gem to find - he's easy to understand, just gets on with the job in hand, and a great turnaround service from visit to the drawings and paperwork being sent to our clients. And also very importantly - afterwards, if we ever have a query, Paul is super efficient in responding - and allows us to keep the project running along. (We've had experience of another client's firm taking 3 weeks to do a simple alteration - Paul helped us out and did it within 48 hours!) And Georgia in the office is a great asset too, super friendly and efficient - the whole team run a very professional company, but still with the personal touch. We were introduced to Ellis Structures after speaking to a building company we had consulted about some restructuring on our home. If the builders will recommend them what could possibly go wrong?

The answer was nothing.

Georgia, even with covid, booked our site visit, she gave us advice about what information Paul would need to have to support his visit. On site, Paul was methodical and thorough, listened to our ideas and gave us options and advice about the next steps.

This Is a family run, local business and their support, guidance and service is exceptional.

Paul was very helpful on the site visit, gave me great advice and pointed out where I could save money (which was much appreciated). Georgia in the office was great every step of the way and got the final plans to me extremely promptly. I'm extremely happy with their service and can highly recommend them.

Ellis Structures help us plan our home improvements, they drew up plans to remove a wall and a chimney to create an open plan living and kitchen space. The service was professional from start to finish, Paul gave honest and helpful advice that helped us plan the project and find the right builder for the job. The plans and calculations were done to a high standard and we were able to pass them onto building planning with no issues. The whole process was smooth thanks to Paul’s level of detail and help, we would highly recommend Ellis Structures.
