Got Dave‘s details from another job he done, had phoned him up to arrange to come and have a look at the damp in the cottage that was really bad, Dave seemed pretty confident it could be sorted just off the phone call, I was a bit apprehensive, came exactly when he said he was examined it and within 24 hours. He had emailed me a price which I agreed with very happy. Booked me in for around two weeks later. turned up early doors. Had the work completed within a week. Cleaned up behind him. Absolutely no mess whatsoever. There was a lot of drilling and putting holes in walls replastering the roof. I can honestly say the job from start to finish was absolutely Above & Beyond he done some other stuff for me, which was no bother whatsoever. I can highly recommend Dave to do any of this work for anybody without any hesitation. His prices are very keen, very hard-working. Had a problem drilling in one of the walls to put the fan vent in as the house was built with san stone and granite, but give Dave his due. He battled on to get through. This was about three months ago the house is a completely different house no damp no smell like a brand-new house. Unfortunately have pictures. The house when it was really bad with black mould,, only Photos of After the work was completed, After three months trial in this PIV unit that Dave installed really impressed, It’s definitely a no brainer for older houses. I never knew anything about this until until, Dave explained how everything worked, as I said before, I can’t recommend Dave, highly enough, five star service from start to finish,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had David come to take alook at some damp in our living room which, is a period propert (sandstone with no cavity walls). He explained what was causing the issue and we agreed a treatment involving lime and ventilation. This took about 5 days and each time he left the property it was clean and tidy. We had some work done which required a section of wall being removed. There was unforseen plasterboard damage caused by damp, Dave came out at very short notice and he gave a timely and reasonably priced quote and the work was completed to a very high standard in the timescales promised. We haven't had a problem with damp since and if I need work done he's now the first person I call.
