Cannot reccomend, unfortunately seem to have had the same experience the other 1 star reviews gave.

Very quick to come out and measure up, then we were waiting weeks even for the initial drawing of the property and never even received the proposed plans. Never answered the phone to us, ignored emails and the only time he did reply gave us a false promise that we would have the drawings by next Wednesday. Wednesday came and again nothing. Never answered our texts complete waste of 2 months of our time. Went with another company who had drawings to us within a week.

Peter has provided an excellent service. Very efficient, and worked well with both myself and the builders involved.
He was very considerate of what my requirements were, and has been kind and courteous throughout the whole procedure.
I would most definitely recommend him.

Peter was keen at first and produced drawings of the project and the changes. But he has let us down badly with Building regs approval and with planning permission. Can't get hold of him. He does not answer voicemails or emails. Has taken our money but not done what was promised.

Waited for weeks..We just needed load baring wall calculations and Peter offered his services.
His engineer never appeared.
Peter was unresponsive, 17 emails to him and only excuses. We have wasted so much time getting nowhere.
Called a Professional Structural Engineering Company in Wakefield yesterday...... He was here this morning, drawings ready by next Friday!, That is what we wanted.
So much time wasted. Sorry, cannot recommend. So angry and frustrated.

Much the same as the other one star reviews. Seemed very keen at the start. But produced nothing and wasted 2 months I didn’t have to waste. Ignored emails, texts and phone calls. Very unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
