What a great experience! You definitely want to take your imagination when you visit! It can be a little confusing to navigate and possibly overwhelming but there is some organization to the lovely madness! Just ask someone for assistance and you are sure to have a wonderful human interaction!! Stop by if you’re suffering from writers block or stuck in your creative process or if you know exactly what you’re looking for!! It is rare to come across such a gem of peculiarities and eccentricity! Looking forward to another visit!

I volunteer at the Repurpose Project, and the facility becomes more complete and organized every day, vastly increasing your chances of finding what you need.

Just know there are now two other locations:
?Renovator Reuse at 1814 NE 23rd Ave for building materials and tools.
?Reuse Planet at 1540 NE Waldo Rd for furniture, appliances and clothing.

I can’t believe I only just started going here—this place ROCKS. I went there to find things to decorate my new apartment on a budget, and ended up getting 7 high quality frames for under $20. I come here pretty much every weekend now just to see what cool things I can find—highly recommend!!!

Always worth a look when trying to find supplies for crafts and home projects or just unusual items and great place to donate your excess supplies.

They clearly spend a lot of time and effort trying to organize items to make them easier to find.

I’ve found sewing notions and fabric, vintage woodworking tools, camera equipment, microscopes, office binders, vintage notebook paper, frames, kids crafts kits, upholstery fabric, baskets and countless other treasures. Truly a critical resource for our community.

This place is the best! The store takes donations of all kinds, even junk, to be repurposed. There are so many good finds here if you look deep enough. You may find something you needed for incredibly cheaper than normal price that would have otherwise ended up in the trash! I have been here many times already and I definitely will keep going - it's fun just to look at everything! It has that local Gainesville charm.

It is kind of like a garage sale graveyard. You know all the things that didnt sell at a garage sale, they go to live here forever. Best place to browse but nothing really worthy of purchasing. Most items should have been at the dump 15 years ago.

my expectations for thrift stores have been blown out of the water and my expectations have been irrevocably raised. a hobbyist's paradise. an organized chaos wonderland. you will find what you need and what you didn't know you needed. I bought more than I usually would at a store like this but didn't leave with something I wouldn't genuinely use. wild.

The long haired redhead working the register today (May. 31) was a bit rude and just very unhelpful. I asked a couple of questions and they were all met with shrugs or one word answers that I’d have to ask more follow up questions for or just didn’t get answered. I usually have a pretty good time here but not this one, it felt like I was inconveniencing her and she just wasn’t nice. Hoping she was just having a bad day and this isn’t everyday interaction.
