Had a kitchen fitted in 2023, would not advise to use this firm or their fitter. Found various problems which my family have offered to fix for me. I am now looking for a competent fitter to relay my floor as the one which was laid is rubbish and not fit for purpose.

Just had a gravel delivery from Buildbase/Huws Grey Gainsborough to complete some work I’m doing just wanted to say from first contact with Jenna and 3 or 4 visits to the yard/store to the final delivery driver… we’ve had really great service at very competitive prices… well done to the Gainsborough staff.

Jenna was absolutely amazing - she planned a shower room for my parents, taking meticulous care of all their needs. The products used were all of a very high quality and we would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Have previously dealt with the company on many occasions but not since the takeover of Buildbase by Huws Gray.
Still much the same..... Phone often doesn't get answered when you call them. Products often seem more expensive than alternative suppliers - plastic weld join £1.10 from alternative source, almost £4 from Huws Grey.
And hiring of small tool resulted in my deposit not being refunded, but being charged a second time. (Alternative local supplier I've since used didn't charge me a deposit).
