Very disappointed. We enlisted the help of Rocket Architects to get our attic space converted and put solar panels on the roof. They sent us a structural engineers report that was to a large extend handwritten and illegible and made no reference to the weight of the solar panels either. There was no reference in the report to the overall safety of the proposed work nor any other free text. Overall we did not think the report could be of any use to a builder a buyer or to us. We were asked to pay just under 600.- for this. We asked for a revised report- that was not possible either. Eventually decided to pay but not go ahead with the roof conversion as we lost trust in the architects and their structural engineers expertise. Found the interaction with rocket architects quite frustrating and would not recommend this business.
