I contacted Robert Blake Designs and spoke with Steve for an initial quote. I'm pleased with my decision to go ahead with Steve as, to date, Steve has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We initially required advice on a steel opening in the living room, but after, decided we needed further advice on further openings throughoutthe house. Steve was great throughout and also was able to draw up the designs and plans for the local authority planning application. Steve not only checked in with us throughout, drew the designs and plans himself, he also put the application through for us, which took a lot of pressure and anxiety away from us.
I would definitely recommend Steve and Robert Blake Designs to my friends and family and have no hesitation in giving 5 stars for the service we have received so far.

We used Robert Blake Designs back in July 2023 and spoke with Steve for an initial quote. We're super happy that went went ahead with Steve as, to date, Steve has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Steve drew draw up the designs and plans for the local authority planning application and submitted the application for us.

He was also able to quickly amend a few things for us mid build for a small cost.

Steve quickly delivered a set of detailed drawing that turned our vision into reality. Combining structural engineering advise meant that the designs were right first time and passed through building control with no problems. Our builder also had all the details they needed to build our project out. Very pleased.
