Ste and his lads have recently completed a single L shape extention on my house including the knock through, after getting 6 or 7 quotes of different builders to start (some were a joke how much they wanted) me and my wife decided ste was who we wanted to use, his price was good but just as importantly we felt comfortable about how he explained stuff to us about the hole process would work, time scales stuff like that, made us feel at ease, it’s our first extention we’ve built and pretty much novices to a lot of the stuff.
He also gave us some ideas that we took him up on that worked really well. Making more use of the space for example.
Suppose most importantly the quality of the work has been fantastic!!!
The brick work is so neat!! So much so iv had 3 or 4 people comment on it already.
we’ve had no problems! Well a couple of small ones witch is to be expected but sorting them out wasn’t to much for ste.
communication has been spot on through out, easy to talk to witch I think is very important.
Overall I’m chuffed with the work and couldn’t recommend ste and his lads enough. very happy
