Tom seemed professional on first appearance but then left a lot to be desired. He is managing the design phase of my extension. I paid for him to engage a structural engineer in January 2024. He received payment in full from me but has not paid the structural engineer yet (July), so I am yet to receive their work. I also paid him to engage a private building control company in January and he has still not engaged them. I asked for this money back so I could take care of it myself, but he has still not returned it.
It's all delays and excuses, I wish I had not trusted him at all.
