Had mark do a huge renovation job, he did not put wax seals in any of the toilets and hardly ever showed up, was very verbally abusive constantly pulling guys from the jobsite and we have now had to have all the renos done by him replaced. I would not recommend Mark to fix my Lego structure. Terrible businessma. Not sure how he's still in business. Not to mention his drugged out brother in law Costantly showing up.

My family reached out to Mark after my mother's death. The police had to kick in my mother's door to help get her to the hospital.
Mark came right away and said he ordered the door to be replaced about a week later he said he ordered the wrong door and had to order another one.
The property was left unsecured for the next 2 months. Me and my family tried to call Mark several times, but he rarely returned our calls.
After about 2 months, he did pick up his phone and said that he would go check the truck to see if the door came in, and he said he would call me back with an answer. He never did.
It was about 3 months with no response or an update or any kind of contact. I sent him a text to say his services we no longer required, and he responded by asking who I even was?
I was able to find the door myself in only about 2 weeks. Having a broken door for over 3 months by waiting on this guy was frustrating and infuriating.
I would not recommend this guy to anyone.
It's probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Do not do business with this man.
