We found Robert through recommendations on Nextdoor and he promptly responded to our enquiry and met to discuss plans for a garage conversion. Robert produced some excellent initial sketches and then met once again to discuss options. He had a number of excellent ideas for maximizing the space, which is awkwardly located. Robert then prepared our planning application and with his knowledge of the system and regulations, Robert helped navigate questions from the council, reworked one of the drawings, and it was approved first time. Robert was professional, responsive, patient, and shared a lot of his wisdom for planning and design (and his price was very competitive). We'd definitely recommend his architectural services.

Robert came up with some wonderful designs for our extension / garage conversion and submitted the chosen plan for the council’s approval. We found him to be knowledgeable and to help us imagine the space in ways we hadn’t even considered. His work was professional and completed within the agreed timeframe. Robert has completed drawings for my annexe and single storey extension. this passed planning on first application. There were minor amendments needed to pass planning, Robert successfully negotiated this, potentially saving me several months and the cost of resubmitting.

Robert created some designs for improvements to our kitchen and bathrooms, all of which had become very tired, with design flaws which go back to the original building design. We explained what we required to Robert and he came up with some excellent designs. He then helped us to get through Oxford city building regulations, and created a contract with the builders. Whilst we left the house for 3 weeks for the builders to commence work on the kitchen, he came in daily to ensure all was going to plan. Overall an excellent service, and of course re-assuring to have a professional always to advise. We remain very pleased with the Kitchen and bathrooms which have effectively transformed the house, to make it a pleasure to use all these facilities.

He has a really good understanding of all the technical aspects of building, and always produces clear and precise architectural drawings and specifications.
