We recently had a survey carried out on a house we are hoping to purchase and needed some advice on a couple of different areas that had come up. Steve helped us out massively by giving us really thorough advice on a couple of different things and you could tell his intention was very much to help and advise. The scale of the work is no where near what we thought could be the case so his help has given us the confidence to move forward with the purchase. Steve and Morgan did a fantastic job of redoing/renovating a bungalow after a burst pipe damaged the property. From new kitchen & bathroom to plastering & painting walls plus extra details like reworking the pipework in the property to a high standard. Always happy to chat on calls on what needed to be done - even from the smallest things and there to support/advise on making decisions. Steve and Morgan have just done a fabulous job of re-boarding and skimming our cracked and horrible artexed bedroom ceiling. . We now have a beautifully flat and crack-free ceiling .
They also knocked out a bricked up fireplace in my bedroom , removed all the rubble, re-plastered the wall and skimmed the hearth floor . A fabulous job and the fireplace looks great ?

What a great father-son team!!! I had Steve and his son Morgan round to patch up a very substantial crack in a load-bearing wall in the house. They did an amazing job, they were polite, friendly, clean, tidy and on time. A very reliable building company which I will be sure to use again in the future, and have in fact just recommended them to a friend of mine for a small extension that shes wanting to get built.

I used Steve to install a wood burning stove. Steve and his team (Morgan and Tom) have done a wonderful job knocking out the existing 1980’s fireplace and creating a contemporary fireplace and then installing the stove. They were always on time, professional and worked so hard to get the job done before the snow arrived. What I also loved was that they always made time to chat to my son who has a learning difficulty. I would highly recommend JonesBuild.

Steve & Morgan took down my old garage and replaced it with a fantastic outdoor space. They were really approachable and helpful with ideas at each stage.
