Good quality build substantially let down by a rogue plumber.
Would not have been a problem if Cleeve Construction Ltd had continued to take responsibility as leaks and associated damages played out.

Cleeve Construction accepted responsibility until the plumbing issues became too costly for them. They then ceased engaging and referred us to their professional indemnity insurers to reclaim several thousand pounds spent in remedial work required to correct the situation.

Cleeve’s professional indemnity insurers accepted responsibility and paid out. This on receipt of sight of tens of WhatsApp messages apologising for all of the plumbing issues, initially agreeing remedy, but later simply ignoring the problems.
