Ho conosciuto la ditta Servin circa due anni fa per la ristrutturazione di casa mia con il 110%. Mi hanno presentato Peronespolo Luigi un ragazzo molto giovane. Con il tempo ho imparato a conoscerlo e lui con fare molto gentile ma deciso e competente mi ha guidato fino al completamento dei lavori. Consiglio la ditta Servin.

Mi sono rivolto a Servin per assistermi nel progetto di efficientamento energetico da sottoporre a finanziamento con superbonus 110. Sono stato seguito con attenzione e professionalità in tutte fasi:
Individuazione degli interventi per verificare l’ammissibilità al finanziamento. Ho
Gli interventi sono consistiti nella coibentazione del tetto con sostituzione manto di copertura, installazione dei pannelli fotovoltaici, inverter, batterie di accumulo per una capacità complessiva di 20 kw, sostituzione caldaia a gas con pompa di calore-ibrida e colonnina di ricarica elettrica auto.
Il responsabile del progetto è stato l’ing. Franco Torre che si è avvalso della collaborazione di giovani tecnici dipendenti della società e di tecnici esterni. Fra questi il geom. Luigi Peronespolo che ha anche svolto la funzione di direzione lavori ed ha supportato l’ing Torre nella asseverazione e rendicontazione dei lavori collaborando anche con il commercialista dott. Giovanni Zavatta di Bellaria che ha seguito la parte di cessione del credito che si è conclusa col riconoscimento dell’intero importo fa parte della Banca.
Ho particolarmente apprezzato la disponibilità, tempestività nella risoluzione delle problematiche sia tecniche sia burocratiche(soprattutto).
