We used DSW for years for water sampling. I lost access to my email account so emailed on my new one to let them know and request our invoices. They ignored me. I did this many times, including messaging through the website. I didn't know what I owed so sent some money over anyway and waited to hear back. Eventually they did reply and sent a threatening letter demanding immediate payment or there would be court action.... Funny considering they refused to send the invoice?! I paid the bill and assumed all was well. Then we stopped receiving invoices again so we chased them several times. Eventually we got a reply saying due to late payment (which was their fault, not ours) they had cancelled our contract, leaving us without water testing but without knowing this had happened for a couple of months, which is very dangerous! They never said they were cancelling our contract so we assumed all was fine. We were loyal customers for years despite an enormous price increase of around 50% at very short notice. I replied asking if we can continue using them and explaining no one told us this and it wasnt our fault they didn't send invoices but now they're just ignoring us again. Appalling way to treat customers. I've found much better sampling elsewhere for half the price.
