100% recommend Lee and his team to anyone that needs building, roofing, electrics, room conversion, anything you can think of! They've helped us so much since moving into a 'doer upper', doing fantastic work but also giving advice and most of all being friendly and helpful guys. Our dog loves them. 🙂 We will be using Lee for everything we do in the future and would advise anyone to give him a call!

We recently had a new extension and remodel of the existing property (including new kitchen and bathroom) carried out by Cornfield Building Services Ltd and we couldn't be more pleased. Lee is not just your average builder but oversaw and managed the whole project, red tape and all. He has a vast range of contacts with friendly professional people and all bases were covered. This was our first building project so I cannot stress how valuable this was to us.

Our property is very old and came with a few issues that a new build may not. Nothing phased Lee and all problems were easily and calmly resolved. We would frequently received messages/calls outside of usual working hours showing he does not switch off when he has left site. Lee appears to take great pride in his work and it shows in the final result.

Thank you to Lee and all the guys who work with him, I cannot recommend enough.
We hope to see you again in the new year for the next stage.

We are very pleased with our house extension that was done recently for us by Cornfield Builders. Not only are Lee, his dad, and Jason very skilled, hard workers, who did a great job on schedule, and on budget, they were also always very friendly, very approachable, and very considerate to minimise disruption caused by the work. We miss having them around, but will be seeing them again in a few months for a renovation of our old bathroom. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them very highly.
