Speedy response (when I'd been let down by other firms in Wakefield) and Jwad was very professional and polite when he visited - he even offered up a better way of opening up our kitchen extension than we or our builder had thought of!

A small measurement error was no problem and was put right within 24hrs. This for me really showed customer care at its best.

Its difficult to provide a balanced review here as my experience was mixed.
Mel the person who coordinated it all was excellent, 6/5 stars for Mel. she is great at her job and the service this end is exceptional.
The engineer himself is where the stars get dropped. He turned up 3 hours late to the appointment (stuff happens I get that, fair play), he was okay with me, and he turned around the drawing within a week (EXCELLENT), but, said drawing had my windows drawn as doors? and of the 3 traders that looked at it, none of them could take anything away that was meaningful. He hadn't actually told them what to do, he'd basically drawn my house?
2 revisions later and a long email exchange, I have something I think is workable, will see what the next trader says, but yeah, overall a mixed experience, but I'm pretty sure this is the exception to the rule and not the rule.
