What can I say about this place. Well there is a ref on Saturday and Sundays who is a decent Ref however the rest of the staff is very rude and disrespectful. They shoot plays when on the field and during the queue when you'll pay. I asked for a refund due to not being provided the services and they refused at first until I told them I would do a charge back on them because they were not providing the services since their rentals kept jamming. They threatened to kick me out and had the audacity to say I damaged their airsoft weapons. They finally returned my money but I feel they bully the younger clients and they have this God complex thinking they can do whatever they want and shoot whoever they want.

Got here and explained that it was my first time, I was met immediately with disrespect by the refs, I didn’t have a full seal mask and they had no willingness to work with me, cool looking feild, too bad the refs were so unwilling to help

Great field to play close quarters airsoft. They have a friendly staff who answer all questions to the best of their knowledge. Kind, courteous, and ready to help if you have any issues. I definitely enjoyed my time here and will be coming back to play. Definitely worth getting the 10 play pass if you can't make it every week.

First time going to an indoor field, and I absolutely loved it. Games were fast paced and action packed. Staff and other players were super fun to be around. Overall a fantastic experience.

Been playing here for a good minute and have played at plenty of other fields around the US in my time and N1 is by far my favorite. They by far have the best community and the staff is always nice. Yes it's competitive but I bring a of first timers here and they always have a blast. Beginner friendly imo but can provide a good challenge if you're experienced.

Regulars friends with staff so they think they have authority over everyone, my friend got yelled at for dry firing his gun once because he just filled it with gas which would've been understandable but we were outside the building. Referee isn't cool with newbies or newcomers to the sport, he shoots at us from the top tower when we're in the middle of the game for no reason, we were not shot yet by anyone that was in the game and he got mad we said something about it. All the people who worked there are just Douchebags, except for homie with the glasses and mustace working in the front, he was about the only chill one. Ref let's his friends slide with breaking rules and overall airsoft people are the softest people I've ever met they take everything personally cuz they're still mad the army didn't accept them

Dope field. I've been to a few in-door fields and this one has been the best experience so far! Amazing customer service on the field and behind the counter. They had Food/Drinks and a cool area to watch game play from (perfect for my son to watch). Definitely coming back and I'm thinking about buying a membership for the year!
