Cooper and Kelling have transformed our house and the way we use it. Our super modern 60sqm extension is perfect and has given us the ideal family space and opportunity to enjoy our garden.

Working with their Architect and Structural Engineer from the outset, we found that it meant we got exactly what we wanted from our new extension.

I moved into 22a Waldingfield Road Sudbury, on the 3rd of March 2018, the first house to be completed by builders Lee Cooper & Tom kelling of Cooper and Kelling builders.

The build quality and finish of the house is second to none and Lee and Tom even allowed me to put my own stamp on the build, by allowing me to alter layout of the rooms to suit my own requirements.

They are as far as I am concerned the most professional and courteous builders i have come across for many a year. Anyone considering Cooper & Kelling as their main builder i.e. for a new build or for an extension or for any building requirements, will not be disappointed and they should get in contact with Cooper & Kelling without delay.

K&C did a garden wall and fence for me and the whole experience from the initial meeting to the finished job was very good, with great communication, and the builders were very flexible with my requirements. The site was left tidy each day and I'm am very pleased with the finished product. They were around the middle mark for cost but very glad I went with them.
