They have a team of very talented and experienced professionals who have gone above and beyond to create the dream space for our family. They were amazing with our neighbours and kept the build area clean and tidy throughout. High quality workmanship for a competitive price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

A fantastic job completed by Marun Construction.

Marun Construction completed work to open up a space within our home by knocking down a load baring wall to establish an open plan kitchen; they also completed the full kitchen installation.

From initial contact to job completion Marun Construction have been exemplary. Shaun (one of the Directors) provided a comprehensive quote for the works, which was competitive against other quotes we received and was accurate. Having been let down by other builders previously, we chose Shaun as during our first meeting with him it was clear to us he was someone we could trust to deliver a good job. In this regards he met our expectation and was brilliant in his management of our project throughout, always keeping us informed and running exactly to the schedule we agreed. His team were also brilliant; very professional - all good at their trades, diligent in their work and very tidy (which we appreciated as we were living in our home while the work was being completed).

I would particularly like to commend Liam who did the structural work, George helped by Darren (who installed the Kitchen) and Ian (the electrician); our kitchen designer and painter have both commented on the high quality of the work they all completed.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Marun Construction for any size of project; they will certainly be our go to builders for our future building projects.

The defining difference for Marun is the immense care they took at the start of the project to understand our wishes and then build a programme that practically translates to delivery of the wishes of the client. The firm never loses sight of the fact that they are borrowing a property for an agreed period, and the team treats the property and project with with unswerving attention while it is in their care.

The attention to detail and professionalism of the team and sub-contractors is faultless.

They have delivered a big refurbishment project to time and budget which, while not unexpected for them, is a rare talent in a currently difficult operating market.

We have had a garage conversion completed with Marun Construction which included knocking through internal walls and knocking through and converting our adjoined garage to create a large kitchen diner.
From start to finish, they have been fantastic with excellent communication from Shaun who guided us through the whole process. Our quote was provided in great detail so there were no hidden surprises at the end.
The team were hard working, turned up when expected and worked quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
