Kitchen refit! Silenster helped make the whole process alot less stressful than it could have been! The workers that came into my home were professional, friendly and kept my spirits up! Big shout out to Bob who always arrived with a smile on his face and kept me going through the process! Also Craig who worked in a professional manner his attention to detail was noted! Can't recommend these guys enough, a real asset to the company!!

I personally am witness to the disgusting way a customer has been treated. I watched as this building company threatened not to complete work on the property until the customer changed his Google review about the terrible work they did. They then pulled out a phone to start recording him in his underwear. The company took out their kitchen, knowing they weren't going to replace it immediately, and then left them without a kitchen since October, and it's now March and still haven't done it. They do fake reviews for their own company, which I think is illegal, but in their fake reviews, they tell ppl how badly they were spoken to and rip apart their own customers. Just read the real reviews from actual ppl that have had work done, and you'll soon see how bad these ppl are. Fortunately pictures and vids have been taken of the bad work and police have been informed of them recording a disabled man in his boxers to which the victim has said he will drop charges if he can just have his kitchen back. All I've said is verifiable and can be proved unlike them them saying they have been spoken too badly. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Avoid. This is a terrible company. Work was incomplete I.e. silicone wasn't done at all around the toilet and skirting boards, grouting wasn't finished correctly leaving gaps for water to go behind, black mold was slightly painted over not removed, to which the mold is growing back through, sink stand wasn't attached to anything so falls over when the dog came in. Pipes leak and had to fix myself. Called to tell them what was going on and got told i upset them. They came to my home ripped out kitchen and then said that they want us to change the review before they will finish work. We haven't had a kitchen since October and wont complete the work to this day. They entered my home and recorded me in my underwear then said it was for there safty. They add reviews from ppl thatvwork forvthem and pretend they are the victims. Id love them to put the so called verbal abuse on YouTube so ppl can hear there own lies. Read all the other reviews that are not workers of the company and youll soon understand why they have bad reviews. All round a disturbing company.

Fabulous hard working engineers who are often subjected to verbal abuse. So glad all calls are recorded to the company, so the lies printed in the reviews are easily challenged. Pity the proof can’t be added on here as some reviewers would have a lot of explaining to do.

Attended 3 times not completing job. Lied and claimed they attending house and fixed. Manager harassed and screamed down the phone, when it was their mistake. Official complaints made. I refused to let them back in my home.
