If I could I'd give MINUS 5 stars. I would.
Last Year the grout had cracked between the tiles in our shower. SPL removed the tiles and saw that the wall behind was badly water damaged. Instead of drying out the wall and replacing the plaster board, then putting up a plastic sheet to protect the wall from the water of the shower... They took the tiles off, put upvc sheeting against the wet wall and covered it up with new tiles.
Since then the shower has got worse and worse. The bathroom wall (which is also the hall way wall along side the stairs) is now collapsing, plus the hall way ceiling below the bathroom in bowed, cracked and water is leaking through the light fitting.

What's worse is SPL had some issues over Christmas 2015 within the company with staff fall outs and Simon has refused to put right the bodge work that was done, leaving us with a dangerously unusable bathroom and potential for all the electrics to blow, or worse. I'm disgusted to say the least
