Some very nice properties in a nice part of the town. We were definitely interested having looked at a show home in another location, but unfortunately, the site is right next to the A47, and very noisy, which has put us off.

Typical new housing estate, houses squashed in with no thought to parking,access or pavements. It's all about how many houses you can fit in a small space. Completely soul less and bland housing development
