Tyrell and his team have been great to work with! They’ve had no problems with anything especially all the changes to the plans I’ve made since first speaking to Tyrell. Always happy to answer questions either by instagram/email out of general working hours. Even responding to questions on a Sunday which my builder put forward. Happy with the service received and would recommend. This is a great team!

I initially got some building plans done and with the help of the team got this passed for planning with my local council. After a period of weighing up moving rather than doing the extension. I then came back and used TR Architectural for building control plans.

We moved into a new home 12 months ago.
It’s a bungalow my wife has extra mobility needs.
We bought the property knowing it would need an extension.
We contacted Tyrell and another company for quotes.
We were clear we didn’t want a conservatory
The other company sent an off the shelf conservatory.
Tyrell sat down and listened to our needs, he then came back and went through it with us making any changes sending us graphics of how it would look.
His core team of builders did a great job in sometimes atrocious weather.
Throughout the build we were kept informed and adjustments made in consultation with ourselves. The price of materials shot up and we met and worked out a plan so that the contingency in the budget covered additional costs.
We were given regular financial updates.
The site was safe and well maintained the team cleaning up at the end of the day.
We would highly recommend this company we have a well built extension which meets our needs and reflects what we asked for and then some! The extension works extremely well with the existing building and we are thrilled with the result.

I cannot praise TR Architectural enough. Tyrell answered my request for a quote almost immediately. He set a day to come out, measure, take photographs. He was prompt, friendly, well mannered and very informative. A really great guy and honest. He then sent me all the information I needed and filled in all the relevant forms for the planning office. He made everything very easy and stress free for me.
Thank you so much for getting my planning through for me.
