Customer service. Well what can I say. Twice they made arrangements to attend and have a look at a job I wanted doing. Twice they failed to attend and no courtesy call to say they wouldn’t be able to make it. Left another message and never had the decency to reply. What started out as moving 1 container has now escalated into 100+ to be moved. O well their loss!

Great service provided by Dean and James. From the outset, Dean was extremely professional, polite, and friendly while on the job James the crane operator was more than happy to help to get the job completed. I cannot recommend this crane service enough!

Well what can I say. I've never had any service from this company however I would like to add my experience from their employees whilst I was in the barnstable hotel. It appears that they have no respect for confidentiality , identifying people that are useless which was clearly heard alongside personal details. However the main point for me was the discrimination against people with disabilities which upset me, especially against people with dyslexia like my self. I would suggest management may look into extra training for their staff around these issues raised.
