Had a plumbing issue, visited Vowles, spoke to one of the sales team, who gave me some advise. Followed his advise, solved the issue, did not cost a penny. A++++++. Was a partially blocked overflow on sink stopping the water from draining away properly, recommended for any DIY

Great store, any query or tool I’ve taken in with an issue expecting to leave it and have to return and collect it has been answered or fixed while I waited. The staff have great knowledge and when buying in big quantities they give a good discount I’ll always be returning here👌

Loved it. Just wonder around and you will find it. Love that you can buy 1 bolt and nut and not forced to buy a pack of 10 like major branded stores. Staff were brilliant

I have used this shop before but this morning I was wanting to purchase a lawnmower and a strimmer , we was shown from the cheapest to the most expensive and after saying we just had a small garden the gentleman was very informative and extremely helpful and not pushy, good old fashioned customer service we will definitely be returning in the future and everyone who is looking for a hardware store will be pointed to patrington, thank you again 🙏

Very helpful fella who knew where everything was in the largest hardware store I've ever seen, in a Gorgeous Village, got exactly what I wanted Calor Gas Refill Exchange 904, Happy camper now. If you can't find it Vowles Hardware, I bet will have it.
