Highly recommended, had a great experience. Paul in customer services was most informative, accommodating and patiently answered all questions making us at ease. Overall, I would rate this as a most satisfactory experience especially the overall development. The build is quite thorough and leaves one with a wow impression. Waiting to see how will the rest follow through though.

Helpful staff and nice homes. Sadly the house we liked wasn't in a great position- near a very busy road. Another we liked sold was reserved just before we arrived. Would recommend Redrow though, helpful and good value.

Do not buy a new build property from Redrow. I've spent £510,000 pound purchasing one of there Henley homes. What a nightmare problem after problem. Over a hundred defects have been found. I was so worried about the house I called in a private company at my mine own cost to inspect the property. 98 defects later and £500 lighter. Reported faults to Redrow. They were very slow to react. Everytime someone comes to fix a job there is always a reason why they can't do it. Everything is 4 and 5 times. Don't buy a new home from these cowboys. All you seem to hear is lies, one after another. One minute there fixing then they need to do an investigation then they are having a meeting. Then you call customer service for updates and they're all in a meeting. This is a mutli millon pound company. wish I had never bought it.

Being an existing redrow purchaser, I went to the priorslee estate to look at a 3 bed detached house with garage. The actual house was good it's self but was told that I could not put in for the plot I wanted because my house wasn't sold STC, even though the redrow house wouldn't be completed until October/November time. This would mean that I would have to sell my house and move into a rented accommodation until the new house was finished. I find that completely unacceptable.
