PPC have been superb! The quality of the survey is second to none, the details are clear and concise, explanations are valuable and Pratick himself is professional, personable and instills confidence. Exemplary work, no hesitation in recommending their expertise.

Avoid using at all costs.. PPC were taken on to supply drawings for 3 different builds.. All 3 build drawings were supplied late and drawings were not fit for purpose.. We had to build then amend drawings and the last one the drawings submitted and passed by planning don’t even work. They use very junior staff to draw site plans who frequently got things wrong.. Drawings were submitted and were never checked by Pratick.. Constantly stretched and never met deadlines, Submitted and paid for plans including building control costs and never fixed issue, we started build only to find all the foundations we dug were useless as the plans were all wrong and the shape of the building won’t match up with the roofline.

They kept the building regs fee also and never passed to the council.. refused to rectify any issues with this case.. currently they have issued a claim for non payment on one site even though the drawings were poor.. Builders told me they were useless..

Avoid at all costs as they talk a good game but never come through with what you need.

I have just completed the works for a party wall notice. I got in touch with a few companies but chose PPC due to the best advise given on how to proceed, they were extremely helpful from the 1st call all the way through to the end. i cannot fault them one bit. Not once did they try to oversell anything. I highly recommend this firm!

After the stress and worry of almost looking the sale of my house, following a poor survey by country wide estates. A friend recommended PPC SURVEYORS. We used this company to help us with a concern over an extension being built by our neighbour- It is planned to come within 10 cm of our boundary but we had been told we did not need pwa.
