Can't comment about their work only the fact they don't abide by the control of pollution act 1974 Got woken up at 657am by a lorry throwing metal sheets on the footpath and a guy using a pneumatic drill. Fortunately after I called to complain I did receive a call back apologising for the inconvenience.

Absolute joke of a company, no care at all for residents, no communication from them about blocking your drive, leave stuff they put on your drive and go, leaving it to you as resident to move there rubbish.
Why do companies use them

The most incompetent company I’ve ever come across. Whenever there is temporary roadworks and Doocey involved, you can bet it’s a disaster. Speaking from years of experience I felt it was finally time to give a review. From ridiculous delays to temporary lights with no batteries or just installed a week earlier with no actual work commenced. Thank you for the latest 2 hours wasted trying yesterday trying to get home for an important appointment. With one man activating a single traffic light whilst on his phone down Himley road and calling cars through on red. I will surely toast to the day I read that this company has gone bankrupt!

I've just spoken to a contacts manager regarding an issue about why they sent out a grab lorry at 10 past 11 on a Friday night. He said it was to make safe the area so it clearly wasn't safe between 3 and 11.

They did some work in our street (for a neighbour) and left the street looking like a complete tip. Sand, tarmac, and even a great big brick - all left on the pavement and the road. Two or three places. I had to sweep up the tarmac myself as it would’ve ended up all over my drive otherwise. I complained by phone and email and so did another neighbour, but it took them over a week to turn up and even then the cleanup job was poor. Can’t stand a workman that can’t be bothered to clean up at the end of the job.
