We hired Zeta to do some renovation and remodelling, which involved knocking existing kitchen and family room into one large kitchen diner, and adding a utility room and bathroom in the rear of the garage.
Work was planned for approximately 14 weeks. Matt provided a detailed week by week plan which was well thought out and presented.
The work was then completed as scheduled with no delays in a very professional manner. All contractors used (plumbing, electrical etc) were very competent and friendly. When we had to purchase materials Matt provided good advice.
The finished job has exceeded expectations and we are very happy with the result.
Follow up and snag clearance has also been completed with no remaining issues.
Would thoroughly recommend Zeta.

I've used Matt, Miles and co for an extension, a garage conversion, porch, a media wall and a wet room installation. They are hard working, reasonable and conscientious. Very happy with their work and would recommend, in fact I did recommend them and they have since done 2 or 3 of our neighbours' extensions too!

Matt and the team carried out a double storey extension on our property. We found them to be professional, approachable and knowledgable on all aspects of the build. They were well structured from start to finish and kept in line with scheduling. They also kept us informed of decisions as we went along. Throughout the build Matt and his team were punctual, clean and tidy and all the sub contractors matched the standards set by Matt. The build itself is excellent quality and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Matt and his team did a brilliant job, the quality of the work and attention to detail was top notch. Nice guys, tidy and polite which was great with a young family around. Project also completed ahead of schedule!

Replaced the fascia, soffit and gutters on the house, very clean and tidy ,working in the pouring rain to finish the work on program, very professional and helpful. Would have no problem using them any time
