In 2023 we required a removal of a side-return and the building of a kitchen extension. From initial meeting with Dali right through to the completion of the build, I found Dali and his team professional, efficient and always available to discuss issues.

All amendments and additional issues to the original specification were highlighted and costed in advanced, and only put in place once we were happy to proceed. Payments and costs were completely transparent, with appropriate contracts to protect both parties.

On a personal level Dali and team were easy to speak and deal with, always friendly and polite. I would also say that all members of the team involved in the build were so hard working, whether it was torrential rain or 30 plus degree heat.
