We used Surrey Hills Design and Build to do an extension to add a bedroom above our utility room. Trevor was really helpful from the initial visit, advising on what was possible and recommending an architectural drawer to help us with plans and planning permission. One we had planning approval we got a couple of quotes, theirs was the most competative but also the most detailed. Everybody who worked on the job was lovely, hard working and the work was completed to the standard we expected. There were a few delays mostly caused by difficulty obtaining materials due to covid, and Trevor kept us advised throughout. The job was completed in line with the estimate provided with no unexpected extras. We were really impressed with the completed work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trevor and his team.

Didn’t show up for the estimate at property or answer calls at time to say where he was.

Appreciate people are busy at work but it’s polite and courteous to call someone and say can’t make it for whatever reason. Wouldn’t of minded as appreciate probaly gets a lot of enquires but personally feel the least you should do is to take the time to say can’t make it.
