We engaged Andy to help us architect and project manage the full renovation of our property. Based abroad, we leaned heavily on Andy throughout the process and are extremely happy with the way the project has run and with the results.
Andy is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. We had very productive discussions about the design choices and got great input from him. The plans that followed were clear, as were the detailed costings. Andy worked with us to select the builders and the contractor he recommended proved to be excellent. Andy and the builders kept us fully informed throughout the project and, importantly, there were no surprises along the way.

We asked Andy to help us extend our home and we were delighted with the imagination, detail and care that he brought to work. What was clear right from the start, was Andy's ability to really listen to what we wanted to achieve and take that into a set of plans that felt exactly like we wanted our new space to be.

Andy helped us find a local builder and project managed the build for us too. That was one aspect of the project that we really valued because Andy had a great working relationship with the builder and it meant we had real trust in both Lost & Found and our builders as a team.

We used L&F to design and project manage an extension which involved demolition of a conservatory, and the reconfiguration of kitchen, dining and seating areas and a utility room. Andy had some excellent ideas and we are very pleased with the final outcome. His design has transformed the use of the space into something that is spacious, light and where we now spend most of our time. He saw the project through from initial concept, planning permission and liaison with the builders and the whole project came in on time and on budget.

Andy designed and planned a two-storey extension for our family home in 2015. We needed a complete redesign of our existing first floor and also a new loft conversion to maximise bedroom/bathroom space.

Lou undertook several different commissions for us in our new-build house, including selection of curtain fabrics, & all accessories, redesigning several key elements of the standard kitchen installed by the builder - the most brilliant being an ingenious adaptation of the island unit to provide double the storage capacity. She also liaised with her architect husband over the design of the bespoke joinery needed for the Study, Dining Room & Master Bedroom. They also identified a very good joiner to do the work.
Finally, with her "Garden Designer" hat on, Lou designed an area of hard landscaping in our garden with a water feature & arbour & again arranged & "project-managed" an excellent landscape builder to implement the designs. We are delighted with the results & cannot recommend her highly enough.
