Mark was brilliant to work with on the wrap-around extension for our Victorian family home. Mark listened to what was important to us, took our ideas, and helped shape them into something that was feasible, practical and beautiful. He used the space cleverly to accommodate a WC, utility room and courtyard, and we love the way he thought about the light during different times of the day and maximised the evening light with the positioning of the window seat and angled brickwork.

Out property is in a conservation area and Mark helped us to navigate a fairly tricky planning process with both the local conservation society and the planning committee. Mark was engaged through the build and collaborated with the builder on any design related issues.

Mark was a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone undertaking building work.

We contacted Mark from Unfold about changing the basement level layout of our townhouse in South London A tricky project with an old structure to open the floor plan and add an extension out onto the garden.
