We hired Kelmend construction to build a kitchen extension for us & creation of an open space.

From the beginning, they acted very professional, arriving to the initial meeting very prepared, having studied the plans beforehand and knowing exact aspects of the work.

During the build, they were quiet & respectful of both ourselves and the neighbours (no music, etc).

Throughout the build they did everything to a good standard, being able to use their experience to offer alternatives where applicable.

They came within budged & within the time limit they quoted us.

Kelmend construction refurbished my whole house removing old wallpaper, replastering and repainting rooms, replacing floors, moving radiators and plugs. They have all the required skills for pretry much anything in house building. They even refurbished an old wooden external door so that it not looks and works like new. They do an outstanding job.
