We contacted Peter at Aspire Architectural Services after obtaining planning permission for a large construction project. We have been working together for almost a year and his experience and expertise have been invaluable.
Peter has produced our Construction Method Statement and the drawings for Building Regulations. Thanks to his attention to detail he identified discrepancies with our planning drawings and was able to amend them.

Peter was excellent. Professional, helpful and knowledgable. Peter designed the alterations we wanted to be made the property and then continued to make alterations as we went through planning. He kept me informed throughout the process and spoke to the planning officer. Initially the plans would not have passed but with liaison and small amendments the alterations were approved. Peter did all this work and I was surprised that this was all included in the price. He is still working with us as we move the project forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter.
