I arranged to meet with Stu Kent of Hoot Architecture a few months ago to discuss my building project. I had a rough drawing of what I wanted but no idea of how to make the building work. Stu took my idea and within a very short time, produced a wonderful design which encompassed everything I asked for and more. We are using Hoot Architecture to plan and design a one-story extension to our property and going into the process were quite daunted having never done anything like this before and not really knowing where to start! From the first time we met Stu, our minds were put at ease straight away as he explained things very clearly and would patiently answer any questions no matter how daft they probably seemed! he had some great ideas/advice and the 3D designs he provided were incredibly beneficial in showing us what the end result could look like. From the outset Stu has been very knowledgable and helpful. He came to measure up for our drawings and they where with me the next day, amended and submitted all forms in a couple of days for us. hired hoot to draw & submit plans for a new roof, i arranged a day to call (tuesday )& stu arrived on time took what measurements were required , the next day draft plans were in my mailbox (wednesday ) & after viewing them i was happy to pay the fee & on thursday they were submitted to council, very good service from a pleasant gentleman, if you need an architect these are the people. Now all i do is wait for god or council as they are better known to approve them, Anyway thanks Stu of Hoot Architecture, Kevin
