Sorry like but these properties are ridiculously priced and they are giving you less than you get elsewhere. Its absolute greed. Must be to give the Lord Lambton his coin.

So many are semi's for no good reason. Ridiculous window patches. This estate is literally living in the past to justify overcharging.

Would beware whatever the management fees are as well for this site as I cannot find them listed anywhere. They likely are a premium and will be increased continuously once estate finished because theyve put in a few trees for the superior land.

Really are mugging people off here. Shame really.
