I've personally seen the results of SJC work and can't speak highly enough about them. The guys he has working for him are all experts in there field and it shows in the final product. If u are considering any building work I would strongly advise having a chat with Sam. I doubt u will be disappointed.

As an architectural designer, it's a breath of fresh air to have a contractor that provides a detailed breakdown of their initial estimate. This allows me to discuss possible changes with the client to bring the project in line with their budget.

Sam is always keen to be involved from the feasibility stage and add his 'on-site' perspective to reduce the likelihood of changes needed further along in the process.

All of our completed projects with SJC Construction have ended with our clients being 'over the moon' with the result.

We thought very carefully about who we wanted to partner with to build our dream home. We chose Sam and the SJC team initially because Sam knew to speak to both of us. We didn’t want someone that would only speak to the man.
Once engaged, the whole team were polite courteous, committed and professional.

We now have a house that is beautiful, environmentally friendly and unique. Even the snagging has been dealt with quickly and without argument.
