We had a garage conversion completed by Wells Construction in November last year. I can honestly say there were the most reliable, friendly and professional builders I have ever used. The work was completed on time, Josh kept me updated throughout the whole process and the garage was finished perfectly. Wells Construction has provided the most professional, reliable and friendly building service we’ve used in Tunbridge Wells. Over the years they’ve done various jobs for us, including installing a new bathroom and completely renovating a kitchen extension that needed bringing up to modern building standards. Josh worked personally with us, our architect and building control and I have total confidence in his and his team’s work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Josh and the guys did a lot of work for us when we renovated our Victorian house: removing a chimney breast, changing the layout so that you don’t need to pass through a bedroom to get to the other one (adding a wall, with sliding door, and changing the staircase) and various other things - and making good.

They did an excellent job in all aspects - quality of work, problem-solving, attention to detail, professionalism - all absolutely first rate. We’ve also had them fix a leak on the roof and do some work damp-proofing the downstairs of the property - all done to the highest standards. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Also competitively priced and very personable to interact with. Thank you Josh and colleagues

Josh and his team at Wells construction completed a side and rear single story extension for us, they went above and beyond and made something that can be stressful very much the opposite!.. they are very experienced and some of the ideas they have and suggested along the way made the finish so much better.. my wife was also prone to the odd change or two during the build and Wells were so professional and did all they could to make sure she (and then in turn me 😉) were happy!!.. build quality, speed, finish is excellent and the best thing I can say is that after ours Josh did a two story extension to my sister in laws house.. A really professional team and I would fully recommend them!..
