We are thrilled with our new home at Ivy Court by Clarendon Homes. The attention to detail and high-quality finishes in our 3-bedroom house in Tovil Hill, Maidstone really stood out. Features like integrated kitchen appliances, fully tiled bathrooms, and underfloor heating add a nice touch, while the landscaped garden is a lovely outdoor space.

The location is great, within walking distance from Maidstone town centre and close to a Nature Reserve and Mote Park. The Clarendon team was incredibly helpful throughout the buying process, addressing all our questions promptly and ensuring our home was completed on time. Despite anticipating delays due to the pandemic, Clarendon made sure that our house was completed on time.

We've also been impressed with the aftercare service, much thanks to Gareth, Alecia, Chris and the whole clarendon team, which has been efficient and very helpful in resolving any minor snagging issues. Overall, living at Ivy Court has been a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Clarendon Homes for their quality and customer care.

We moved into our first home in 2016 which was built by Clarendon homes and we are still happy here today.

The quality of everything in the house was such a higher standard than other developers and this was apparent from the beginning.
This included the built in appliances, the solid wood doors, built in loft ladder, finished bathrooms and garden.

We could literally just move in which is exactly what we wanted.
We have added a side extension which we feel compliments the house and has given us extra room for our family.
Apart from our extension we have changed very little to the house as it’s not been necessary.

Any issues have been responded to promptly and resolved.

We moved into our custom build home in November 2023. It was great working with the Clarendon team who guided and supported us through the stages of the build from detailed planning permission to handover. During the build phase we visited the site on a regular basis with frequent contact in between visits. Our home reflects “our” choices from the floor plan to the high quality finish.

Great experience from point of sale through to completion. The custom build project in Headcorn was great and gave me control over internal spec as well as external design and garden landscaping. For me this was the biggest attraction, as it meant I could design every aspect of the house and get a truly personalised home. The service throughout was first class, special thank you to Gareth, Alecia & Phil who helped me navigate all stages of the build and the self-build mortgage journey. Also to Miles and the team on-site who were always accessible and ready to let me track progress during the build! The end product is first class and I’m delighted with the quality of the build, it was clear that Clarendon Homes don’t cut corners and take pride in every element of house building. We have recently moved into a new property constructed by Clarendon Homes. We are delighted with the home and although we had to wait several months to gain occupancy, due to the effects of Covid on the building industry, the wait as eventually worth it.
The assistance that we received from the staff both at the office and site was remarkable especially as we were relocating from Scotland and could not just ‘pop round’ to discuss any issues.
A special mention must go to Gareth, Alicia and Andy for all their support over the past 7 or 8 months. Service, in most areas, seems to be a thing of the past, so the service that we received from the team was most welcoming and greatly appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant, staff is amazing and friendly. Gareth was there the whole way helping us build our perfect forever home, he never said one negative word during the process it was painless process specially with all their help and support. Whole staff are quick to respond to any queries super great company. The quality of the build is to perfection, their are no cutting corners, it’s up to luxury quality. Would 100% recommended to everyone.

We recently moved into a new build home at Miller’s Meadow in Sandhurst. When we secured our house, it was still at the off-plan stage, so I was able to meet the Clarendon sales team to make some bespoke choices. I came away from that meeting with a very positive impression of a happy and friendly company, with excellent customer service. We were confident that the property would be finished to a high standard. Once the house was completed, it exceeded our expectations and is the nicest new build property we could have hoped for. We once stayed in a stylish and modern holiday home that made us realise what we wanted for a future home. Coincidentally, the interiors in this house are very similar and all of the fixtures and fittings have been carefully chosen to complement each other. Everything is to our taste and we think that Clarendon have got their formula just right when it comes to the interiors of their builds. What’s also lovely is that each house on the development is completely unique, which adds character to what can sometimes be a bland, identikit look. Clarendon’s after care is equally professional, which makes you feel like a valued customer and the after care continues long after you have moved in. We would happily recommend this company to others looking for a quality new build home.
