Excellent response from Tom when I had a power failure in the evening. Tom answered the phone straight away, gave advice over the phone to try to sort things out at least until the following morning, without the need for an after hours call-out, and when the problem couldn’t be resolved even temporarily, was at the house within half an hour. He returned the following morning as promised with the spare parts needed to sort out the issue. Very professional, helpful and in terms of cost, very reasonable. Highly recommend Tom.

Tom was excellent when we had an emergency over a weekend and randomly contacted him at 11pm on a Saturday night. Although he couldn't get to us until the Sunday morning, he gave us advice and reassurance in the meantime. He then called us in the morning and was at our house by the time he'd specified and had us up and running again within the hour. He was very professional throughout and we found his call out charge very reasonable, especially given that we'd disturbed his Saturday night and his Sunday morning! Thanks Tom - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a great and reliable electrician.

Tom is a first class professional very friendly and obliging. He’s highly qualified and capable of carrying out a variety of work to an excellent standard and a fair price. He’s done so for me on various occasions.These included sorting out issues with Velux windows at considerable height which confounded other electricians (and for which he had to erect scaffold -no problem). Outside wiring.Making safe a cooker left exposed by another contractor and replacing and renewing switches etc. Well done Tom!

Tom was brilliant- punctual, courteous, friendly and professional throughout.
He fitted our Nest thermostat- small job, but then came back a few months later to investigate what I thought could be a problem, but wasn’t. He patiently investigated then explained it all to me- can’t fault his service at all.

We wasn’t sure our old system would be compatible with the newer tech. Tom helped with all our queries and quickly. He was able to provide the kit we wanted, for cost and faster than we could source it for ourselves. Completely hassle free.
