I do not recommend this recruiting company. They proactively contacted me to present me with a position based in Paris, with flexible location points.
After engaging into an interview discussion, and agreeing to share my profile with their client, the company didn't follow any further and would not respond to follow-up emails couple of weeks later. This is highly unprofessional. Then after blank calling their office, they will advise me that the client didn't retain my profile (this can happen), however the basis for not retaining my profile was sluggish. The recruiting agent first claimed that my profile was not in focus with the company expertise, which is impossible since the whole client team had very diverse profiles and background. I brought that point forward, which then she change the reason and claim that the seniority level would not be a match when this was also discuss upfront to submit my profile to the client. After raising a claim for bad service experience, the person who came back to me told me that the position was anyhow based in Germany. I send the email descriptive of the position which clearly stood the location in France, and also the flexible office location option. So either they do not do their job properly in screening candidate, then the absence of follow-up gives a really bad impression of the company, especially since they proactively approached me. The feedback was contradicting and inconsistent all together.
A company which is 20 years in business, and doesn't apply the most basic standards such as a feedback follow-up by email (the minimum) after submitting your profile to the client, then would share contradictory feedback and not plausible ones, and when checking the case, would not even be able to talk about the right position for which I received details for.
A very bad experience, which would make me step away from sharing my data with this company. As a comparative I have worked with many other recruiting agencies and they had very good follow-up processes which were definitely superseding in quality, and content.
