Currently on holiday and needed some film processed and to buy a new film, they processed my film super quickly (even though I forgot to tell them it’s half film) AND the new film was much cheaper than horrible London prices! I’ll definitely be going back when I’m back here, might make it an annual tradition to process photos on holiday now. What a fantastic shop, jealous of the locals!

I've been having my film developed here for years and for the most part the service is very good. However they've always had issues developing certain black and white film. It seemed to first take a week, and then two weeks and most recently it still hadn't been processed after close to 1.5 months and I decided to just take it somewhere else. As they are an independent business I am sympathetic, it's probably difficult to find the specailists to develop this type of film. But the frustrating part is that the communication is so poor. I was told multiple times it would be done by X date , but it inevitably wasn't and I had to keep phoning up myself to confirm the status rather than proactively being contacted. Also it would be helpful to know up-front when purchasing the film that this type of film typically takes longer to process than others. I'll probably keep coming back as the 1 hour turnaround is very good.

My photos came out beautifully with perfect pictures, better than I expected! The color and paper quality was really nice. Weeks later I order photos though a well known online service and was really disappointed by the poor quality, flimsy paper, and dark lighting. Really happy with Perfect Pictures, I’ll definitely be printing my wedding photos here to make an album.

Always the best customer service from these guys! Their film scanning and developing is super reasonably priced and they do a really great job. A nice little selection of film that you can buy in shop too. So glad that we have a great little independent camera and printing services store like these guys in Penzance!

They are the BEST.
Don't think of going anywhere else for your photographic requirements, these people really go beyond the call.
I needed a montaige (apologies for the spelling) for my son's 1st wedding anniversary. BOY, did they hit the mark!
