My worst experience dealing with an engineering company! The engineer drew a plan to modify and correct the current building to the codes without finding out what type of building materials have been used! and without finding out the measurements for the foundation! After her plan was approved and I hired a contractor to do the job, I found out that her plan does not match with the building which she was supposed to modify. She now claims that the building materials do not support the current codes, but i am saying that I should have been told at the beginning of the project and not now after $9k cost of a wasted plan!
